Today ain't good day at work... Well came to work as usual... Looking forward for everything but things had to go wrong... Today is the retrenchment day... In my department there are four people being retrench... My department, IQC, is the busiest department and yet they retrench so many ppl... *sigh* Now they have a handy of ppl and everyone in low morale mood... *sigh* i feel sad about it especially knowing that those three that has been retrench are closer to me... I've been getting along well with them... Why can't they do it after my attachment for it won't feel as hurt as now... I still have 4 weeks to go and this has to happen at this time... *sigh* why? Everything seems bad... Everyone outside the lab talking... This is seriously my first time to see how everyone feel when another person in their department being retrench... You could see that they have been together for so many years and up to date four ppl has to be retrench... I think if they decided to quit would be a different thing but retrenchment is a totally different story... I'm kinda upset about it... *sigh* I think i better sit back and refresh myself before continue with work..
